EXERCISE #1

WEEK 2 // 31.08.2020

HEARST MANSION

We were tasked to put our full photo in the Hearst Mansion photo.

Attempt 1:

Attempt 2:

After received feedback from Mr. Martin, I redid the exercise by using another photo. The changes were made mostly the reflection and brightness of the person (me) in the photo.

EXERCISE #2

WEEK 4 // 14.09.2020

SKY REPLACEMENT & COWBOY

We were tasked to replace the sky of house photo with the sunset photo, and then put the cowboy into the house image with sunset sky that have done just now.

Attempt 2:

The feedback I got from Mr. Martin was to reduce the hue and saturation of the work as the tone was too strong. I just realized this issue when sir showed me through the meeting share screen, then only I knew my laptop screen is lack of the warm colour (yellow), and thus it affects my observation and result.

WEEK 5 // 21.09.2020

RECOLOURING

We were tasked to choose either one B&W photo given by Mr. Martin and recolour it.

EXERCISE #4

WEEK 6 // 28.09.2020

HYBRID ANIMAL

We were tasked to create hybrid animal with displacement map. We need to search for a good quality photo of an animal and a photo of fur / skin from different animal on Internet. We should apply the steps that we've learned in the Practical class.
